I am the Research Director in the Department of Market Research. The department conducts research on opportunities and barriers for Norwegian seafood in various markets in order to help the industry develop new products, markets and strategies. As a research scientist, I work with a wide range of factors that influence consumers’ food choices, including attitudes, values, and habits. I also investigate consumer attitudes towards genetically modified, organic and sustainable food. My current focus is on determining factors for the consumption of sustainable, environmentally friendly and ethical food.
