Josefine Skaret
I am a sensory scientist and project manager. My areas of work include project management of sensory assignments using Nofima’s trained judging panel and various consumer panels for both industry and research projects. I work with all kinds of products and methods. In addition, I hold courses in sensory science for industry and networks. I have practical experience regarding sensory analyses since 2006. In addition, I have HR responsibility for ten sensory judges at Nofima. I am a qualified Food Economist. I have a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition, and a master’s degree in Food, Nutrition and Health from Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Science, HiOA. Both of my theses deal with the field of sensory science.
I have previous experience as a head chef in Sweden and Norway, where my work has involved school meals (Sweden) and food in institutions such as hospitals and nursing homes.
