I have been employed by Nofima since 1994, working on various aspects of food product development. I engage in ongoing communication with both the industry and public sector to develop diverse meal concepts and improve the sensory attributes of products. At Nofima Stavanger, I am responsible for conducting sensory analyses and consumer tests. I also serve as regional project manager for the national initiative “Local Food Competence Network,” funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (LMD). This initiative addresses food-related challenges faced by smaller companies (<10 employees) aiming to strengthen their market position. I hold a master's degree in food science from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU).
