I work as a senior engineer under the Ingredients and Process Department at Nofima. I have worked here since 2015, specialising in meat, in charge of the meat pilot plant in Ås. I participate in various research projects, as well as performing food analyses such as water activity, pH, texture, colour etc. I trained as a retail butcher at Meny (2005-2009) and sausage maker/butcher at Strøm-Larsen (2009-2010). I have a bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from Sør-Trøndelag University College (2014), and a master’s degree in food science from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU).
