I am a nutritionist and have a PhD in nutrition. I work as a researcher in the Nutrition and Feed Technology group in Nofima. My field of expertise includes several aspects of feed and nutrition, mainly in Atlantic salmon. I do research on topics such as feed ingredient evaluation, and the relation between pellet quality and nutrition. My research includes resource utilization and the total flow of nutrients, such as use of feed resources and utilization of energy and nutrients from aquacultural waste (sludge).
