Gard Wigdahl Karlsnes

I work as a project manager/sensory scientist at the department for consumer and sensory sciences. In this role I work extensively with planning, conducting and analysing different types of sensory experiments with our sensory panel. In addition to this, I am involved as a contributor on several different research projects. Before I began at Nofima, I have worked with production, production development, innovation and sales in the brewing industry since 2015 and I have 12 years experience as a teacher at middle school level in food & health and languages (Norwegian, English and French).
