I am a scientist at Nofima working on the development and evaluation of sustainable food packaging solutions. My work focuses on material selection, functional properties, and how packaging influences shelf life, food safety, and environmental impact.

I hold a PhD in Fiber and Polymer Science and have more than 15 years of experience in material development, from fundamental research to application and scale-up. I collaborate closely with industry partners, suppliers, and research communities to develop solutions that work in practice.

I am particularly interested in circular packaging systems, including recycling, reuse, and the use of renewable materials.
