I am a senior engineer at Nofima and work at the Biolab laboratory in Bergen. My main area of work is chromatography (Hplc). Some of my key tasks include analyses of carotenoids in feed and muscle tissue, lipid classes, antioxidants, biogenic amines and peptides.
