Tina Gulin-Sarfraz

I am working as a postdoc in the project NanoFunPack, which aims to facilitate food grade plastic recycling and reduce food waste. I have a great interest in nanotechnology and working with the development of nanomaterials for active and intelligent food packaging solutions.

As a background, I have a master’s degree in chemistry and a PhD in biosciences from Åbo Akademi University, Finland. During my doctoral studies, my main focus was on the design and synthesis of nanomaterials for various biomedical applications, such as targeted therapy and diagnostics.
