I work as a scientist at the Department of Seafood Industry. My research areas include the processing and quality of seafood.
I studied at the Norwegian College of Fisheries Science, UiT, where I completed my master’s degree in seafood science in 2018.
After completing my studies, I worked at Nofima’s Department of Marketing Research, as well as quality manager at a seafood company in Lofoten. The job was very educational and required a high focus on food safety and product quality.
