I work as an engineer in the Department of Nutrition and Feed Technology in the field of fish and quality. I am responsible for the Fish Pilot Plant at Ås. My main expertise is in the field of quality assessment of fish. I work with Quality Index Measurement (QIM), texture analysis, colour analysis and fillet yield. I can also prepare samples for various microbiological analyses, molecular analyses, fat analyses, histology and transcriptomics.
