Summary
This report discusses three proposals for changes in the Delivery Obligation Regulations, a fresh fish scheme for trawlers with landing obligation, a dynamic minimum price as a tender price and greater flexibility in the reporting of processing obligations. These proposals could contribute to increased processing, through better access to fresh (and frozen) raw material in the second half of the year. The proposals can thus also lead to more year-round employment, and contribute positively to settlement in some communities.
