As Chief Human Resources Officer, I am responsible for issues related to employees, managers, recruitment, salaries and relevant regulations. Together with my colleagues in the HR department, our task is to take care of, for example, competence development, HSE, quality, GDPR, cooperation with the unions, and recruitment. We support managers in their assessments and help with leadership and employee development. I have a master’s degree from the University of Oslo with American politics as my main area. I have previously worked as teacher and principal in upper secondary school, and worked in the Directorate of Education as Head of the Assessment department and Head of HR. In addition, I have taken courses in change management, digitization and conflict resolution.
