I am a PhD candidate at Nofima for Peptek, a project focusing on sustainable protein production. My research is concentrated on using new ingredients in new consumer products and its acceptance. My academic background is in Psychology and Economic Psychology. I have worked in advertising and in early stage start-ups which gives me a unique approach to research and commercialization.
