As a sensory panelist at Nofima, I participate in sensory evaluations of various food products. I assess attributes such as taste, smell, texture, appearance, and other product characteristics, and systematically record my observations. My work contributes to research and a better understanding of food quality and product characteristics.
I am a curious and detail-oriented person who enjoys learning new things and exploring new areas. I value quality, work in a structured manner, and enjoy tasks that require concentration and accuracy. I find it interesting to learn more about how we perceive taste and smell, and how different factors influence the overall food experience.
