Human Resources Adviser
I work as an HR Adviser and provide support across a wide range of HR-related areas. This includes recruitment and hiring processes, leadership support, and matters related to labour laws, collective agreements, employee participation, and salarynegotiations.
I also assist with questions concerning sick leave, holidays and leave of absence, as well as insurance and pension matters.
In addition, I work with development initiatives within feedback culture and project management training, including designing and facilitating processes that strengthen communication, collaboration, and learning across the organization.
