Heidi Mikalsen

I work as a Senior Business Developer at Nofima. We work in areas such as contract management, IPR rights and commercialization. We also advise on collaboration and project development with industry partners and carry out direct assignments when needed.

I have extensive experience in project management and project coordination and have worked with both national and international industry partners. I have previously worked in both public administration and with fish health supervision in connection with the aquaculture industry, and have experience with administrative and board work.

I am a qualified Fish Health Biologist (MSc Aquamedicine) from the Norwegian College of Fishery Science in Tromsø, with additional qualifications in food engineering. I have worked at Nofima since 2004.
