Holdbarheten kan økes med to døgn. Ved hjelp av ny teknologi kan forbrukerne på Kontinentet nå tilbys smakfulle norske jordbær av god kvalitet. Holdbarheten på bærene sikres gjennom oksygenfattig atmosfære om bord i traileren, i tillegg til kjøling.
