Summary
In recent years, seafood consumption in Norway has been reduced. This report looks at opportunities and barriers within the Norwegian seafood industry to contribute to increased seafood consumption. This part of the report is based on interviews of key persons from the 5 companies in the Norwegian seafood industry who sell seafood products to Norwegian retailers. Finally, the results from the interview of the grocery trade are compared and discussed (see Heide, 2019 for a complete report) and the seafood industry.
