Summary

A validation was performed of the new instrument Foss Kjeltec 8400 for the analysis of nitrogen/crude protein used for the methods A01 Kjeldahl Crude protein and A20 Water-soluble Crude Protein. This is a new model with the same measuring principle, and replaces the previous instrument Foss Kjeltec 2400. The instrument is reviewed and approved with effective date as of 30.08.18.
