As an HR advisor I work both operationally and strategically with tasks such as management support, recruitment and hiring, organizational development and our learning arena etc. From previous work experience, I have a versatile background as an operational manager in various industries and as an advisor and HR consultant in recruitment. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration and a master’s degree in Management from Harstad University College.
