Currently working as Special advisor in the Nofima management group. Special responsibility for Departement of Business Development, and management of our research building in Tromsø. Engaged in a variety of issues related to our research activities, e.g. research infrastructure, rehabilitation projects, coordination of our project proposals to NFR, the use of R&D licences (salmon production) in our research, and preparing our scientist for project leadership. Earlier experience as a research scientist, Research Director, Director of Infrastructure and Director of the Aquaculture division. Msc within freshwater biology/ecology and PhD within fish physiology
