Ane Marthe Grødal
Training Manager
I work as a training manager at the Sunndalsøra facility. My job is to supervise the training needs of different functional areas, coordinate training activities, and develop training plans for new employees. I am also a course coordinator for the trainees and apprentices. Previously, I worked for fourteen years as a test technician at Nofima. I have a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Tromsø and a certificate in aquaculture.
