I work in the Sensory and consumer department at Nofima Ås as researcher.
I recently finished my Ph.D. within the EU project Edulia which aims to reduce barriers to children’s healthy eating and I am currently involved in the basic research program FoodforFuture as well as the EU projects DIGYMATEX and InnoFood Africa.
My focus is on methodological aspects in sensory and consumer research with children.
I graduated as food scientist from ETH Zurich (Switzerland). After I have been working several years as a sensory and consumer specialist for the chocolate manufacturer Lindt and Sprüngli where my main interest was focused on the exploration of the different flavours of cocoa.
