I’m head of the department for nutrition and feed technology. Together with the scientists I work with projects on fish nutrition, development of ingredients, RnD-licences and evaluation of new ingredients in fish feeds. The scientists in the department has experience within deformities, omega-3 requirement, metabolism and welfare in aquaculture, cell cultures, formulation and production of feeds for aquacultured species (included invertebrates), development of ingredients from micro algae, insects, yeast, bacterias, side-streams, hydrolysates and silage, amongst others.
My scientific background is within fish nutrition and I have further participated in leader development courses at AFF and IMD
