I am research director in the Innovation, Consumer and Sensory Science department and I have been working in Nofima since 1992 in different roles.

The departments main areas are sensory science, consumer insight and consumer attitudes connected to eating experiences and food habits, and innovations for healthy and sustainable food.

My background is a M.Sc in Food Science and a PhD in sensory/consumer sciences from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
I have national and international research- and leader-experiences from both smaller and larger research projects.

I have also stayed abroad during sabbatical leaves in USA, Italy and Denmark and I have leaded and participated in international organisations within the area of sensory- and consumer sciences (ESN and E3S).
