I am a senior researcher in sensory and consumer sciences in department of Innovation, Consumer and Sensory Sciences at Nofima.

My main scientific areas are sensory science, consumer insight and consumer attitudes connected to eating experiences and food habits. I am very interested in consumer attitudes towards local food and foods produced in Norway.

My background is a M.Sc in Food Science and a PhD in sensory/consumer sciences from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
I have national and international research- and leader-experiences from both smaller and larger research projects.

I have also stayed abroad during sabbatical leaves in USA, Italy and Denmark and I have leaded and participated in international organisations within the area of sensory- and consumer sciences (ESN and E3S).
