Espen Forså
My main responsibility consists of running or assisting digital development projects in Nofima. The aim of these projects are to improve internal processes with the help of digital tools. These projects can for example improve internal communication or improve data sharing with customers or business partners. I have a masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Tromsø, but have always had an interest in digital tools on the side. I have previously worked as a consultant for PwC where I often assisted in projects related to automation, streamlining or dashboard development. My greatest strength is combining process and business understanding with technical expertise.
